We remove what gives other Tequila a burn & bite, leaving us with more flavor & aroma. Tasting Notes: Nose: The gentle notes of the agave are complemented by oaky tannins, licorice, clove, butterscotch pudding and custard. Palate: Silky and rich with vanilla and butterscotch flavors. Finishes with a little sweetness and lingering
