Élevage in neutral oak barrels until being bottled in march of 2024

and whole-bunch fermented without any punch downs for 3 weeks

2023 Domaine Dugat-Py Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvee Coeur de Roy Tres Vieilles Vignes, Cote de Nuits, France Andrew Will Arrives 10/03/2025Very old vines (Planted between 1910 and 1965). A blend of four sites within Gevrey Chambertin (Les Epointures, Combe du Dessus, Jouise, and Les Marchais) and named after the family that once owned some of the parcels. The plot of Combe de Dessus was planted in 1910. Arrives late October 2025.
