c. 1920 Double Sided Porcelain BPS Paint Flange science MM - 106297 - 052323This double sided porcelain flange advertises using the logo "BPS: Best Paint Sold" for the Patterson Sargent Paint Company of Cleveland, Ohio. The Patterson Sargent Paint Company was formed in 1890 by former associates of Sherwin Williams and manufactured paint, lacquers, stains and vanishes.
