2024 Ca di Press Dolcetto d'Alba, Piedmont, Italy Lo & Behold Single Barrel are aged inSourced from old vine plots in the Perno zone of Monforte dAlba, the vines here grow on sandy clay soils with southeast and northeast exposures. The fruit is hand harvested, destemmed (not crushed), and naturally fermented in stainless steel for about 1015 days; the wine then ages 6 months in stainless steel tanks followed by 2 months in bottle.
