Frenched Rack of Lamb Grounds & Sausages This isn't just any filetTender, flavorful, and ideal for grilling or pan searing, our lamb rib chops come from 100% grass fed, grass finished lambs. While naturally smaller than grain fed cuts, they deliver a rich, clean lamb flavor without excess fat. Our lamb is raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon, where animals live on open pasture and are never fed grain. This makes lamb an excellent alternative to grass fed beef for nutrient dense, high quality meal planning.
