This sign advertises Little Bobbie cigars, the smaller counterpart to the popular Robert (Robt.) Burns cigars, named for the Scottish poet. The sign features, presumably, a young Robert (Little Bobbie) in typical well to do Scottish garb holding a box of the eponymous cigarillos.
