2022 Bret Brothers Saint-Amour Climate Côte de Besset 'Zen' , Beaujolais, France I Custodi Casa de Santa Eufemia 2009The plots are located on a north eastern slope, sometimes steep, sometimes a little less. The soil made of blue sandstone can produce powerful wines, but we prefer a very gentle vinification in order to preserve maximum delicacy. 8 day vatting, whole bunches then fermentation and aging in old barrels. 2021, light color, aromatic explosion! We love it! From the winemaker
