Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey Producer_middle sister The palate is very richThis small batch Rye Whiskey uses a mash bill of 95% rye reminiscent of the pre Prohibition era. Strong rye notes on the nose, the palate is a sweet and spicy balance with hints of red apple. The finish echoes the palate with bold and compelling notes.
