L’Equinox is a young project created by MC Stander who

he doesn't vinify his top single vineyards separately

Domaine des Roches Neuves, Thierry Germain, Saumur Champigny, France Viura Not your average Pinot GWhen you see a Thierry Germain bottle youll notice bold block colours and symbiotic logos. My favourite is a tall and imposing Thierry who casts a long shadow which then joins the long shadows of his vines, a symbolic relation between man and vine each feeding off each others energy and reflecting on the biodynamic harmony that is present in the vineyard. A deliciously quaffable, peppery cab franc. Lovely a little chilled. Producer Domaine des Roches
