31 1/4" long x 7 7/8" tall x 1/4" thick

but it looks otherwise pretty close to complete

a bit of aging/darkening to the grass on the exterior and couple of lost stitches

but there is glue residue along the top and bottom edges of the painting

Recent Vintage Folk Art Polychrome Carving on Scrap Wood iron candle holder 31 1/4" long x 7I don't believe this is very old I presume the '20 at bottom right means 2020 but I think it is very excellent! And perhaps it is meant to portray some other sort of fish, but it sure looks like a shark to me. The old scrap wood panel used had an incision right down the middle which has the effect of foreshadowing the cleaving of this Jaws in half which for someone like me who has a deep fear of sharks, feels most welcome!
