This is a great set of four unissued German WWII Luftwaffe (Air Force) Officer's Bullion Embroidered Breast eagles, as originally send from the factory tied with multi colored twine. These were embroidered by hand, so each manufacturer had a slightly different style. The very pronounced downward angle of the closed tail is definitely an early type, which some might call "droop tail", but usually those
