1934 Texas Independence Silver Commemorative Half Dollar - PCGS MS 66 KM.313 Writing on the reverse in1934 Texas Independence Silver Commemorative Half Dollar PCGS MS 66 This issue was struck in commemoration of the independence of Texas in 1836. The obverse features a large 5 pointed star situated behind an eagle while the reverse displays an allegorical winged Liberty flanked by the busts of General Sam Houston and Stephen Austin.
