RESTED: UBA Yellow Caturra - Finca Milan Black & White Material: PCWere happy to be partnering with award winning roastery MAME (Zrich, Switzerland) on this drop of coffees from Julio Madrid! This expression is a co fermented caturra which is a bomb of tropical fruit notes in the form of mango, passionfruit, and pineapple. The body and depth is sweet and rich with a long finish. MAMEs recipe focuses on high agitation to mimic an immersion style brew so youll find intense presentation of acidity and sweetness
