Hans Teppich Mid-Century Brass Judaic Figurines - Set of Four Pattern Language I believe-- repeating around itsI only recently learned of the work of Hans Teppich, a German artist and sculptor best known for his exquisitely crafted and highly collectible series of 24 small brass figurines representing Judaic characters. These four, c. 1960s and labeled on the bottoms, represent Chassid, Rachel, Sarah and Tamar. Attached to each is a round metal stamp to which a paper label reading "Original Teppich" is attached. Teppich was born in Germany in 1904, studied a
