This postcard featuring Kaiser Wilhelm II is an excellent example of the period between the end of World War I and the start of World War II. We believe that it was taken between 1930 and just before his death in 1941, based on the style and quality of the printing. It is a sepia tone photograph of the Kaiser, with a signature at the bottom in black felt pen that has since faded to purple. The signature is from when
