The Phoenix Foundation – Fandango (CD) Black Country New Road A4 Batucada MeurtrièreThe line between progression and self indulgence in music is a flimsy one, however, on Fandango, The Phoenix Foundation walk it beautifully. Though it doesn't sound a lot like Pink Floyd, it shares the quality of that group's early 70s records: it is leisurely, taking its time to reflect rather than rushing to a conclusion.
