The gentleman that brought this one in informed me as I was figuring his collection, that everything I was looking at were change finds over the years. For context, he was in his early 90s. While the rest of his collection was pretty normal 90% silver, and various nickels I would feel absolutely remiss not to include the entirety of his small cent collection along with
