The binoculars are nicely marked on both end plates: On the Right Side: BINOCULAR M15 H. M. R. WESTINGHOUSE 1944 On the Left: 7X50 The binoculars also have serial NO. 2757 on the center hinge pivot. The "H. M. R." marking is thought to be the initials of
