I purchased this piece from an estate in Boston that included a wonderful mix of interesting antique and mid-century objects collected through travels around the world

I believe this one was carved to hold a pin cushion

22" tall measured as if hanging x between 10 1/2" to 12 1/2" wide depending on how set

I'm not entirely sure if these were homemade

I've never forgotten it as an example of just the sort of mid century studio pottery I love. This bowl, found in Concord, NH, immediately made me think of it. There may be a mark at the center of the underside but it is hard to tell.
