This is a tremendous framed portrait of a WWII soldier known only as Moreland, as his name is written at the top of the back of the frame. The soldier is enlisted and wearing Infantry collar insignia, but other than that there is no distinguishing insignia on the uniform. There is a Purple Heart Medal and Bronze Star Medal pinned to the portrait, which we checked and found that they are not engraved. If they were field
