Radiant Old Mexican Folk Pottery Bowl in Yellow and Green baby blue eyes I find the bold black

I find the bold black stencil painted lettering against creamy white ground on this old sign very beautiful

and it is stable in its foil frame

The details of the uniform are consistent with Union naval uniforms during the Civil War

I believe this wonderful old carved and painted heavy wood puppet head

Radiant Old Mexican Folk Pottery Bowl in Yellow and Green baby blue eyes I find the bold blackGorgeous. This is an old Mexican folk pottery bowl, likely from Oaxaca, though if it weren't stamped MEX on the underside I might almost think it was Persian. Nothing better than that yellow and green, just radiant. 6 1 2" d x 2 1 4" t and good condition. Crazing to the creamy white as evident and some irregularity to the form, all to the good I think. No notable chips, cracks or other issues.
