I love the carved faces on this pair of trinket boxes

They definitely seem to have some age to them--I might guess 1920s or so but I'm not entirely sure

is that I will just continue to keep an eye out for them

and was also known as Girard Mfg

Artesania Rinconada Classic Collection tiger I love the carved facesI'm pretty sure this is a burner head from an old stove, or something like that, with its little holes all along the points of the star on one side for releasing gas as well as a mark on it with the word "Gas"! I just think it's a great object, like a sculptural finial with a good old rusty surface to boot, good for slipping over a post or hanging on the wall. 9" tall x 4 7 8" wide x 1 5 8" deepest. Very good condition with some rusting that just
