This is a very nice original WWII Japanese Army type 98 tropical sun pith helmet. It no longer retains its internal wicker form, unfortunately it was crushed at some point. Comes with original pentagonal bevo style cloth embroidered army star insignia to the front. Helmet has part of the original suspension system and original chinstrap.
