I believe they are made of a combination of plaster and cement

Now I might hang it over a favorite chair, or on the guest room door in anticipation of one day in the future a dear houseguest! 15" x 8 1 4" x 3 4". Wired on the back for hanging. A few scuffs and scrapes here and there, as there should be.
