Wonderful Tall Primitively Carved Woman with Nailed on Arms baking dishes clean slice off the frontLong and lanky, one might take this carved figure for a male, except that her maker was clearly intent on giving her breasts and, perhaps sometime later, someone used a pencil to give her a subtle patch of pubic hair. Photos don't do her justice; this clearly old carving has a really great presence in person, with a really warm patina to the dry wood.
