This is a fantastic 18th century bronze cannon tube with a beautiful deep patina. It was cast with classic English 18th century production characteristics indicating production around 1780. It has a 2" bore meaning it fired a one pound cannon ball. According tot he Tower of London One pounder Cannon are referred to as FALCONETS, the tube measures 33" overall and is 6 1 2" wide at the trunnions and is of classic
