Description

Daniel passed way too soon

More savory than citrusy

Unpretentious

The eight hectare estate has parcels of century-old vines on the enviable Clos Bonneau

2023 Le C Sec du Chateau Closiot White Burgundy Daniel passed way too soonCompared to the regular bottling this sees all oak fermentation, 25% new. This is full bodied white Bordeaux with some botrytis, think a dry Sauternes. Nutty, toasty, exotic and rich, this would pair well with a heavy cream sauce.
