1870-S $10 Liberty Gold Eagle - NGC XF Details Obverse Damage Fr. 1702 1945-D Mercury Dime - NGCNice original XF with modest patterned strikes on the obverse. This 1870 S has a lot of things going for it, not least of which is a tiny mintage of 8,000. Fewer than 100 are believed extant, and less than 5 are known to be considered truly Uncirculated. Overall, this coin is way too cheap! Mintage: 8,000 Estimated Survivors: Fewer than 100. Estimated MS Survivors: Fewer than 5. Current XF40 Bid: $3500
