When I spotted this set of four hand-painted porcelain demitasse cups

Produced by Royal Copenhagen as part of its Baca series in the late 60s/early 70s

Best is the pinched edge along one side and almost pitcher-like opening at the corner of the other

thus yielding wonderfully inky pools of saturated color around its shoulders and neck

Old Wooden Painter's Palette fiddler When I spotted this setCertainly useful for the painter's among us, I think this old palette is also quite beautiful. If not to be used as a palette, I'd use it as a tray underneath a couple of great wooden boxes or objects. Or give it a good clean with some butcher block cleaner and use it for serving cheese and crackers! 16 inches tall x 12" wide.
