With the framing of the photo I think perfectly suiting the subjects--the tops of the caps of the tallest boys in the back row just barely cut off

And this one has an iron mend along the bottom edge of both sides to boot

I believe she represents Saint Rose of Lima (15861617), a member of the Third Order of Saint Dominic in Lima, Peru, Spanish Empire, who became known both for her life of severe penance and for her care of the poverty stricken.
