2025 Collotte Marsannay Rose Cabernet Franc and using minimal intervention inMarsannay is the only Burgundy village permitted to bottle ros under its own AOC and Collotte's is the benchmark. Plowed vineyards, zero chemical weed killers, below appellation yields, indigenous yeasts, and bottled unfiltered. Clean, focused red berry aromas, bone dry on the palate with cherry, tangerine, and a long satiny finish. Burgundy's best kept secret in pink.
