Berkel Modell 12 - Restauriert von 1952 Originale berkel 5 times the width) thanTechnically a very good Berkel slicer with all the refinements. Model 12 is a true Berkel masterpiece with all the technical refinements you can imagine. The more contemporary angular design is characteristic and has an unmistakable charm. When decorating these models, we found many different ones, so we cannot make a specific statement about which is the right one. Some of the machines are even just silver, some are red with a red or black grinder.
