2023 Chardonnay Réserve trocken Spätlese The 2022 vintage impresses withOur Edition Rserve is distinguished by the rigorous selection of high quality organic grapes, reduced yields, and an extended maturation period in wooden barrels. A full bodied Chardonnay of Burgundian character. On the nose, ripe pear and Mirabelle plum, along with subtle toasty aromas and a hint of vanilla. On the palate very creamy with a silky texture. Despite its moderate alcohol content, it is exceptionally full bodied with extraordinary length.
