A Miltenberg Relief Carved and Dedicated by a German POW in Medicine Hat visually-hidden British War Medal (unissued)(Kriegsgefangenen Gedenktafel) An elaborate hand carved relief depicting the Schnatterloch (Market Square) of Miltenberg, Bavaria, constructed of lacquered dark brown wood, featuring the squares famous classical architecture executed in stunning detail, situated above an inscription of MILTENBERG, SCHNATTERLOCH in raised Fraktur script, the reverse featuring a red cotton liner bearing a handwritten dedication of 1943 MEDICINE HAT, ALTA 1945 TO CAPT. &
