Germany, Heer. An Administrative Officer’s Visor Cap Auction engraved by Tiffany(Heer Schmirmmtze). A Heer Administrative Officers visor cap, constructed of field grey wool. It features reinforced side walls, fully lined on the exterior with a dark green wool cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the cap band are trimmed with dark green wool piping, while an additional band of identical piping trims the exterior edge of the crown.
