I Dream the Tangerine 2021 Jennifer Bariou & Thibaut Bodet High acidity and very balancedA natural ros that offers a burst of freshness with pure red fruit and alpine herbs. It has a lovely balance of bright acidity, chalky tannins, and mid palate weight thanks to the addition of Verdelho. The result is a clean, textured wine with excellent fruit concentration and a crisp finishideal for sipping or pairing with food.
