Constructed of red cotton twill, bearing double sided white cotton discs measuring 330 mm in diameter, in turn overlaid by black mobile swastikas, unmarked, measuring 870 mm (w) x 580 mm (h), pinned with a Winterhilfswerk (WHW) Wehrmacht Nebeltruppe (Smoke Troops) bakelite donors badge, measuring 32 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), possibly indicating a veterans souvenir piece, the flag demonstrating extending soiling and material fatigue, an interesting
