In silver with blue, white and red enamels, central medallion featuring a saint in Red robes, reverse medallion with an MI cypher, surmounting crown, measures 39. 7 mm (w) x 64. 0 mm (h), weighs 22. 66 grams, including original ribbon, enamels intact, lovely patina, an early decoration in extremely fine condition.
