Romania, Kingdom. A Miniature Order Of The Star Of Romania, V Class Knight, Military Division, C.1940 Archive A bronze vaulted Maltese cross(Ordin "Steaua Romaniei"). Instituted in 1877. Type II (1932 1947). In silvered bronze with red, green and blue enamels, cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 14. 2 mm (w) x 21 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the arm at 12 o'clock on the obverse, ring suspension, very fine. Footnote: The Order of the Star of Romania is Romania's highest civil Order and second highest State decoration
