Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with blue piping and similarly bordered along both with gold bullion wire tresses, bisected by a central red rayon tresse decorated with machine embroidered golden yellow celleon wire oakleaves and bordered along both edges with gold bullion wire tresses, overlaid by a white rayon disc trimmed with golden yellow celleon wire piping,
