Bulgaria, Kingdom. A National Order for Civil Merit, III Class Commander, c.1908 United Republic of maker marked “RZM M4/23” for( ). Instituted in 1891. Type II with Imperial Crown (1908 1944). Multi piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, unmarked, measuring 54. 7 mm (w) x 86 mm (h) inclusive of its Imperial crown suspension, chipping and loss evident in the white enamels on the tip of the arm at 12 o'clock on both sides, on its original full length neck ribbon, near very fine. Footnote: The National Order for Civil Merit was instituted on August
