Salsa Verde 2021 Alluvial Soils Type: Piquette | Vintage: 2020A skinsy Verdelho with attitude, Salsa Verde is Yetti & the Kokonut at their most playful and precise. Sourced from the biodynamic Gemtree Vineyard in McLaren Vale, this wine sees four days of skin contact before aging in seasoned French oak for 11 months. Native ferment, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur. Bold, zippy, and loaded with tropical energy its a texture forward white that punches well above its weight.
