Frozen Wild Blueberry Puree Frozen Cakes Classified by MEC3 within itsAndros Frozen Wild Blueberry Puree gives professional kitchens a ready to use blueberry base built from wild fruit rather than cultivated berries. The puree is harvested from ripened fruit and processed in the same region where it is grown, with a small amount of beet sugar added to hold its brix. It arrives frozen and folds into a recipe once thawed and stirred, which takes the labor of sorting and breaking down fresh berries off the line entirely.
