A lovely breast star, in silver, presenting a large faceted Maltese cross with ball finials with blue enamel details in the center of each arm, faceted fleur de lis in each quadrant, the obverse medallion presents the cypher of Charles III surrounded by a green enamel wreath and a blue enamel ring with a faceted ring on each side, the reverse offers a
