Hand crank hand underneath originally used to raise and lower one side. CREATOR Unknown. French or Czech Republic. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c. 1930. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Leather, Steel. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Handles have been removed sometime in it's lifetime. Legs possibly replaced. Hand crank does not work.
