But then we figured out that we could "brew" the flavor of coffee into our maple syrup and we knew we were onto something fun. Once we figured that out, we realized cinnamon is also a perfect companion to maple as well. The flavor is just the right blend of maple and cinnamon, but with maple being the primary flavor.
