It features a heavy duty brushed cast iron tapered and turned pedestal base, with three incised rings and original green finish. The top swivels 360 degrees and is trimmed on two sides for resting art or documents. The whole table can be lowered or raised to the height you chose and swivels vertically or horizontally.
