Germany, Heer. An Em/Nco’s Belt Buckle Newly Listed 1937 and awarded to members(Heer Grtelschnalle). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws retaining a period original brown leather strap, both the buckle and strap bearing illegible makers marks, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with some oxidation
