Made without additives or sulfur and aged in old barrels deep in the domaines limestone cellars, its a bright, pure white with a balance of tension and texture. Unfined, unfiltered, and wildly drinkable, it captures the signature Robinot energy. Yellow apple, preserved lemon, crushed seashell, chalky minerality, and a soft oxidative edge.
