Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central raised Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of a raised German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika and overlaying an oval oak leaf wreath, the reverse bearing a
